The Indiana PGA’s Plan to Give Back

On Monday, September 9th your local PGA Professionals and Associates are teeing it up at The Club at Chatham Hills to support St. Vincent Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and the First Tee of Indiana in our new event called Pros 4 Kids! Below is a list of PGA Members and Associates participating:

The concept is simple. Local PGA Professionals and Associates will play 72 holes of golf with the objective of making as many birdies and eagles as possible for pledges. The proceeds will be split among both organizations.

The First Tee of Indiana is excited to partner with St Vincent Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital for a day that will focus on providing Indiana youth with the healthcare, values, and skills that will benefit them into adulthood.

The First Tee of Indiana strives to impact the lives of young people by providing programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.  In 2019, over 275 elementary schools incorporated the National School Program into their physical education classes and introduced 98,000 Indiana youth to the game of golf and The First Tee’s nine core values and healthy habits.
 
About Peyton Manning’s Children’s Hospital
St. Vincent has been providing compassionate care to children for over 140 years.  More than 20 years ago, a group of pediatric specialists began working at St. Vincent with a goal of providing tertiary-level pediatric care in a setting that reflected and advanced the core values of St. Vincent.  Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital is staffed by more than 100 highly experienced pediatric specialists along with experienced pediatric nurses, child life specialists, chaplains, and other health professionals with a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to family-focused care.  The health and well-being of each child is our top priority.
