Fore the Game is your way to invest in the future of young people across Indiana. through the Indiana Golf Foundation junior programs, we use the game of golf to teach life skills, build confidence, and create opportunities for youth from all backgrounds.

Whether you choose to give monthly, make a one-time gift, support through a major contribution, or leave a lasting legacy, every gift helps shape the next generation on and off the course.

Monthly Giving Club

The Indiana Golf Foundation allows thousands of Indiana youth an opportunity to experience the numerous benefits that come from playing the game of golf.

All programs under the Foundation umbrella are funded through the generosity of golfers from throughout the state and with minimal program fees to participants. We want any youth who wants to participate in any of our programs to be able to without the worry of financial restraints.

Hoosier Golfers Society - Major Gifts

First Tee Indiana empowers young people across the state to develop life skills and character through the game of golf. By seamlessly integrating the Nine Core Values (Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perseverance, Courtesy, and Judgment) and Nine Healthy Habits into golf lessons and activities, First Tee goes beyond teaching the fundamentals of the sport. It cultivates well-rounded individuals who are prepared to succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Pete and Alice Dye Legacy Fund

Pete and Alice Dye have had a dramatic effect on the national golf scene. Whether winning championships, influencing policies to help all golfers, or building world renowned golf courses, the Dye name has been a household name in the world of golf for a long time. While their impact on golf has been felt worldwide, their roots are firmly planted on Hoosier soil and they remain dedicated to bettering the game and passing the life lessons on to others.

The Pete and Alice Dye Legacy Fund is designed to provide funding for the future of Indiana Golf. These funds will allow us to continue to grow our junior golf and scholarship programs to reach even more Indiana youth long into the future. We hope you will join Pete and Alice and make a gift to the future of the game. Pete and Alice’s efforts and accomplishments will have a long lasting effect on the golf world. Their Legacy Fund will have the same effect on providing golf, and more importantly, life skills development to generations to come.

 

License Plate

Visit your local BMV or renew online and select a First Tee specialty plate listed under the Indiana Golf Foundation. With each plate registration, $25 goes back to the Indiana Golf Foundation and First Tee-Indiana. Low-digit plate numbers (1-100) are available upon request with a signed form completed by the
Indiana Golf.

Golf Club Donations

Help grow the game by donating your gently used golf clubs. Indiana Golf is accepting clubs in good condition (10 years old or newer) at our headquarters. Your donation will support participants in our First Tee and PGA HOPE programs—providing equipment to youth and Veterans who may not otherwise have access to the game.
