Amateurs topped the field at the PGA Mobile ProShop Northern Open. 2010 Match Play champion Adam Sumrall and 2011 Southern Open champion Tyler Duncan both fired 4-under-par 68 Monday to force a playoff. The playoff ended at the first hole with Sumrall making a 13-foot putt for birdie and the win.
Another amateur, Ben Moster, shot 69 and finished tied in second with two professionals – Bill Pollert and Dean Prange.
