Member Programs Survey

In the
effort to better serve PGA Professionals and improve the Member programs available, your
Association asks you to please take a moment to complete the Member
Programs Customer Satisfaction Survey
. The survey contains sixty-eight
questions focused on Member programs and benefits in ten areas of The PGA
including Education, Employment, Communications, Financial Services, Golf
Properties, Governance, Member Services, Player Development, Research, and
Tournaments. The input and feedback you provide will greatly assist in the
development of future programming and is vital in the PGA’s effort to continue
to improve and meet the needs of the membership.

 

It is
anticipated that the survey will take 30 minutes to complete. Should you need
to stop or exit the survey prior to completing, your answers will be saved so
you may re-enter the survey where you left off. For completing the survey in
its entirety, you will receive two (2) MSR credits toward the requirements of
the current PDP cycle.
