Indiana Golf Foundation Mourns the Loss of Hall of Fame Member, Jim Flick

Jim Flick, world renowned author and golf instructor, passed away Monday, November 5, due to pancreatic cancer. 

Flick was born and raised in Bedford, Ind., attended Wake Forest University, and became a PGA Professional in 1952. 
Throughout his lifetime, Flick conducted over 200 Golf Digest Teaching Schools in 23 different countries. His many achievements and unwavering dedication to the game of golf earned him a place in the Indiana Golf Hall of Fame in 1987. 
“I am proud to be a Hoosier—proud to be in golf and enjoying spending my life to help others enjoy this great game and the various effects it may have on their lives,” said Flick. 
Our condolences go out to Jim’s family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
