The Fort Wayne #1 All-Stars captured the 2019 PGA Jr. League Indiana Section Championship, presented by National Car Rental, August 10-11 at Pebble Brook Golf Club. In total, 28 All-Star teams of junior golfers 13 and under battled it out for a chance to advance to the Regional competition. The Fort Wayne #1 All-Stars consisted of junior golfers from Fort Wayne Country Club, Orchard Ridge Country Club, Sycamore Hills Golf Club, and Tippecanoe Lake Country Club.
Fort Wayne #1 will now advance to the Regional at White Hawk Country Club in Crown Point, Indiana, Sept. 14-15, where they will compete for one of 12 spots in the 2019 PGA Jr. League Championship presented by National Car Rental at Grayhawk Golf Club (Scottsdale, Arizona) Oct. 11-14.
