After moving day at the 117th Indiana Amateur Championship, two players have separated themselves from the rest of the pack. Michael Makris leads for the third consecutive round after firing a third round 2-under-par 70 for a 7-under-par total and four shot lead heading to the final round. Makris is followed by Brett Widner, the only other player under par for the event, at 3-under-par following a round of even-par 72.
Makris is seeking his first Indiana Amateur win and first ever Indiana Golf win. Widner, who has won seven career individual Indiana Golf titles, is also looking for his first Indiana Amateur win. The pair will be joined by Graham McAree in the final group tomorrow.
