For the past two years, high school student Chase Campbell of Fishers, Ind. has been donating his time and efforts to help raise money for The First Tee of Indiana through the American Junior Golf Association Program (AJGA) Leadership Links.
Campbell decided on The First Tee as his charity of choice because of the life values the program teaches.
“I like how the program teaches kids about life values through golf,” Campbell said. “That’s how I learned my life values.”
Campbell spent the past two summers as a member of Leadership Links, and raised nearly $6,000 for The First Tee of Indiana.
This summer, Andrew Lewis of Carmel, Ind. will also be participating in Leadership Links and has decided to raise money for the Indiana Golf Foundation.
“The Indiana Golf Foundation has done so much for me throughout the years,” Lewis said. “I am excited to be able to give back.”
To follow Lewis’s progress and help him reach his goal of $1,000 please visit https://www.ajga.org/PIF/HomePages/index2.asp?UID=173179.

About the Indiana Golf Foundation
Established in 1994 as a shared vision of the Indiana Golf Association and the Indiana Section PGA, the Indiana Golf Foundation (IGF) is dedicated to affording young people the opportunity to learn the game of golf and the life lessons it teaches. The Foundation is funded by both private and corporate contributions, and due to this generosity, juniors are able participate in our programs with minimal, to no fees. The Foundation consists of the Indiana Junior Tour, the Gongaware Junior Academy, The First Tee of Indiana, the Indiana Golf Hall of Fame and scholarship programs.
