Former IWGA Player Danah Bordner Wins SunCoast Ladies Tour Event

The Indiana Golf Office would like to congratulate former
IWGA player Danah Bordner on her win last week on the SunCoaost Ladies Tour at
Timacuan G & CC.  Bordner, daughter of Denny Ford, grew up playing golf
around the state of Indiana and had a lot of success in our events. 
Bordner is a two-time Women’s State Am Champion (’01 & ’04), a two-time
Women’s State Open Champion (’04 & ’07), a Match Play Champion
(’01), and an IWGA Team Champion along with partner Ashley Welch (’00). 
Bordner played golf at Indiana University and won the Big Ten Championship
(’04) and was named the Indiana University Female Athlete of Year (’04). 
Bordner joined the LPGA in 2005.  We wish her the best of luck this
season.
