With rounds of 72-76-76-72–296, Dave Carich of The Bridgewater Club finished T24th at the Southworth Senior PGA Professional National Championship at Creighton Farms in Aldie, Va., Oct. 6-9. The top 35 finishers in the National Championship earned a berth in the 73rd Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid, which will be conducted May 24-27, 2012, at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Mich.
Other Indiana professionals who made the cut were Dean Prange of Balmoral GC who fired 74-74-78-76–302 and Quinn Griffing of Donald Ross GC who carded 79-70-81-74–304.
