Indiana Women’s Golf Association, ATTICA, IN (June 1)–
On a beautiful summer day in western Indiana, Jordan Adam delivered a steady and timely performance to claim the IWGA Indiana Golf Championship at Harrison Hills Golf Club. With temperatures in the 70s and the course in excellent condition, the championship made its first appearance at Harrison Hills, giving the field a new and unfamiliar test in Attica.
Adam handled the challenge with patience, consistency and a strong back-nine push, carding a 3-under-par 69 to secure the title. She opened with a 1-under 35 on the front nine before adding a 2-under 34 on the back. Her biggest moment came on the par-4 14th, where she made eagle to take control of the championship and separate herself from the field down the stretch. Adam also added birdies on Nos. 7, 13 and 16, helping offset a few late bogeys while keeping herself firmly at the top of the leaderboard.

Julia Potter-Bobb and Peityn Gillman finished tied for second at 1-over-par 73, four shots behind Adam. Addison Meadows finished fourth at 2-over-par 74, while Olivia Fowler rounded out the top five at 4-over-par 76.
For Adam, the key to the day was keeping the ball in position and staying committed to a simple game plan.
“I think most importantly, out here you just have to drive it well,” Adam said. “After that, just finding the middle of the greens and making par is always a good score. That’s what my caddie likes to tell me. And then I saw a few putts drop, so that was nice.”
The early-season victory gives Adam strong momentum as she continues into the heart of the summer schedule. While her full swing remains one of her favorite parts of the game to work on, Adam said her focus continues to be on sharpening the areas that can make the biggest difference under pressure.
“I feel like short game is always important when you don’t hit the ball well,” Adam said. “I always like to work on my full swing, that’s my favorite part, but I would say definitely focusing on chipping and putting and trying to make that the best part of my game.”
With a new venue, strong field and a championship-changing eagle on the back nine, Adam’s performance at Harrison Hills marked a memorable finish to this year’s IWGA Indiana Golf Championship.
